Customer Success Technical Solutions

• Build, enhance, and support HRIS integrations between core HR platforms and ancillary systems.
• Design and maintain API-based integrations (REST) using middleware tools such as SAP CPI or Boomi.
• Analyze integration points/gaps; define data mapping and transformation requirements.
• Support HRIS configuration, add-on modules, upgrades/enhancements, and release impact analysis.
• Troubleshoot integration alerts/data issues; coordinate fixes with IT teams and vendors.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (requirements, designs, test scripts, procedures).
• Develop and execute UAT and regression testing for system/integration changes.
• Deliver reporting and dashboards using Power BI , SQL , and advanced Excel.
• Apply HR analytics to identify trends and support data-informed decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, IT/CS) or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 6+ years experience in HRIS, Business Systems, or similar technical analyst role.
• Experience with SuccessFactors , UKG Pro , or comparable HRIS/time & labor platforms.
• Strong background with complex integrations across multiple systems/vendors.

• Hands-on technical skills including: o REST APIs , integration/middleware platforms (CPI/Boomi or similar) o SQL (querying, reporting support) o XML / JSON (parsing/transformations) o Familiarity with SFTP , WSDL , and transformation tools such as XSLT

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
