Program Technician

Carle Health is seeking a detail-oriented Program Technician to support clinical and administrative programs that enhance patient care. In this role, you will collect and enter patient and program data, prepare reports, track outcomes, and assist with scheduling and coordination of program activities. You will collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to ensure accurate records, timely follow-up, and adherence to safety and quality standards. • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to support program monitoring and outcomes tracking
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and documentation for program activities and appointments
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure data privacy and compliance
• Support quality and patient safety initiatives by tracking metrics and follow-up tasks
• Communicate with clinical staff and patients to obtain missing information or clarify documentation
• Prepare and organize program materials, forms, and logs
• Assist with audits, chart reviews, and process improvement efforts
