In this role, you will oversee implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Abbott’s screening platforms, ensuring high-quality performance, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer experience. You will analyze operational data, refine workflows, and collaborate with R&D, sales, and quality teams to drive adoption, resolve complex issues, and deliver innovative screening solutions that improve patient outcomes worldwide., * Lead and mentor a team of Screening Solutions Specialists supporting diagnostic platforms

• Oversee implementation and optimization of screening solutions at customer sites
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and data integrity standards
• Analyze performance data to improve workflows and solution effectiveness
• Partner with sales, R&D, and quality to drive product adoption and enhancements
• Resolve complex customer issues and escalate technical challenges as needed
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and best practices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in screening solutions
