Job description
- Develop and maintain complex, diverse software systems, including processing-intensive analytics and algorithm development.
- Design, test, and manage data flows, ETL processes, and database interfaces utilizing Java, Spring, and NiFi.
- Provide technical leadership across development teams while leveraging AI tools and modern version control workflows., * Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems, real-time systems, and business management information systems based upon documented requirements.
- Design and implement novel algorithms and manipulate extremely large data sets using Map Reduce and database interfaces.
- Build and manage complex dataflows and ETL pipelines utilizing Java, Spring Framework, and Apache NiFi.
- Review, integrate, and test software components for adherence to design specifications and document test results.
- Identify and resolve software problem reports and defects.
- Provide input on system design, including hardware and software trade-offs, software reuse, and COTS/GOTS integration.
- Lead software development teams and collaborate closely with systems and hardware engineers.
- Utilize GitLab for version control and integrate AI tools to enhance development methodologies.
Requirements
- Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Years of experience: 14+ years
- Total Compensation: $305k+ yearly
