Requirements

10+ years of software engineering experience preferred based on hiring-manager guidance; 5+ years is the formal minimum.
Proven experience delivering production-grade software applications.
Direct hands-on experience integrating LLMs and/or AI Agents into applications.
Strong experience with Python, particularly for AI/LLM integrations.
Strong experience with Java.
Strong experience with Angular or comparable frontend development.
Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
Experience with Snowflake or comparable data platforms.
Strong understanding of software engineering, distributed systems, architecture, and problem-solving.
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools / coding agents.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work 4 days onsite in Dallas, TX.
