  • Lead reliability assessments, Root Cause Problem Solving activities, and follow-up improvement plans.
  • Provide hands-on reliability and troubleshooting support at mill locations when needed.
  • Develop and share reliability standards, tools, training, and best practices across the mill network.
  • Evaluate reliability technologies and support equipment upgrade, replacement, and capital planning decisions., If you’re a hands-on Reliability Engineer who enjoys getting into the operation, uncovering why equipment keeps failing, and working with plant teams to create lasting solutions, we’d like to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Proven reliability engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, equipment criticality, condition monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with CMMS/EAM systems and maintenance work processes.
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, industrial instrumentation, and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to analyze equipment and downtime data and translate findings into practical improvement actions.
