You’ll lead cloud migration initiatives, shape technology direction, and mentor a talented team in an Agile/Scrum environment-perfect for seasoned developers seeking both technical challenge and leadership growth., Design and implement enterprise integration solutions leveraging APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native services
- Architect seamless data flows and integrations between contact center platforms, workforce management systems, HR applications, reporting tools, data warehouses, and analytics platforms
- Lead cloud migration and modernization projects for operational applications and reporting platforms
- Develop highly responsive web applications and sites with engaging, mobile-friendly user experiences
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, page optimization, and SEO best practices
- Guide and enforce industry standards and governance for web applications
- Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance teams to deliver high-quality, tested solutions
- Analyze benefits of IT solutions and contribute to technology roadmap decisions
- Stay abreast of emerging web and integration technologies, sharing knowledge with your team
- Supervise and mentor staff, including participation in recruitment and performance reviews
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of senior-level experience in web application and integration development
- Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JS frameworks (jQuery, Angular, Ember)
- Advanced skills in object-oriented programming (.NET/C#, Java, PHP, Ruby)
- Proficiency with REST APIs, AJAX, XML, JSON, and MVC frameworks
- Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture
- Expertise in responsive design, mobile interfaces, and cross-browser solutions
- Deep knowledge of SQL, relational database modeling, and advanced queries
- Experience with source control systems like Git, SVN, or TFS
- Strong team leadership capabilities in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience with workforce management and HR systems integrations
- Knowledge of data warehouse and analytics platform architectures
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and graphic editing tools
