Data Analyst

Grow your career in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your analytical skills and leadership qualities will be valued and developed., * Organize and manage the pricing inbox, assign ownership, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of pricing-related inquiries

• Support customers, commercial, and purchasing teams to facilitate pricing accuracy and updates
• Coordinate and execute price updates across US and Canadian regions
• Engage with unresponsive suppliers through email, phone, or online research to obtain and update pricing information in AS400
• Partner with internal teams to plan and implement pricing requests and updates
• Maintain product price data and attributes, including customer-specific pricing where required
• Develop and maintain macros in Excel and Access to automate routine tasks
• Process data, generate, and edit reports using Cognos, meeting established upload targets
• Train new hires within the pricing team and contribute to cross-departmental training
• Lead by example, promote a positive work culture, and suggest process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years equivalent work experience in business, pricing, or finance
• 2-5 years’ experience in a data-driven, pricing, or finance environment
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
• Effective communicator with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong customer service orientation
