Engineering Analyst II

Join our dynamic team as an Engineering Analyst II and play a pivotal role in supporting construction management and capital planning initiatives. Based onsite at 477 Dexter St., Providence, RI, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, delivering insightful data analysis and reporting that drive critical business decisions. This position requires local residency and occasional travel to nearby warehouses. Responsibilities

• Organize, consolidate, and present data collected by the construction team in regular, actionable reports
• Track and report on key job components, milestones, and contractor performance metrics
• Extract and analyze data from Safety Culture to create impactful dashboards and reports for construction and restoration projects
• Generate and deliver tailored reports to the Resource Planning organization to meet stakeholder requirements
• Develop dashboards for tracking and comparing contractor safety and performance metrics
• Enter accounting data related to contractor invoicing with precision and timeliness
• Support construction supervisors with work package processing and ongoing project tracking
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to multidisciplinary teams

2-5 years of experience in an analytical or engineering support role

• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Proven experience managing and presenting large datasets
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to understand business objectives and apply critical thinking to cost-benefit assessments

• Local to Providence, RI, with capacity to travel to regional warehouses Preferred Skills

• SAP familiarity
• GIS experience
• PowerBI proficiency
• Prior experience working with Safety Culture or similar platforms
