Job description

Join a dynamic team in Houston as a Professional - AI Architect IV and play a pivotal role in driving application modernization, cloud transformation, and the creation of AI-powered business solutions for enterprise clients. This is a high-impact, hands-on position where you will define architectural standards, lead large-scale migrations to Microsoft Azure, and design next-generation, AI-enabled platforms that transform user experience and business operations. Lead end-to-end migrations from on-premises to Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability and resilience
Develop and execute modernization roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer experience goals
Design and implement AI-driven business capabilities using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Generative AI technologies
Build enterprise copilots, intelligent assistants, and advanced knowledge management systems
Architect robust enterprise integration solutions leveraging Azure API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Event Hubs
Establish secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, embedding best practices for governance and security
Set architectural standards and operational best practices for cloud platforms

Requirements

10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, and enterprise application delivery

5+ years of hands-on Azure or Google Cloud architecture experience
3+ years designing and implementing AI/Generative AI solutions
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale application modernization and cloud transformation projects
Strong background in delivering digital platforms and enterprise integrations
Proficiency in Azure PaaS services (App Services, AKS, Functions, API Management), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep), and Azure AI stack

Preferred Skills

Experience with Gemini Enterprise for CX, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory
Familiarity with vector databases, Semantic Kernel, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
Advanced knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights, 10+ years of experience in software engineering Architecture and enterprise application delivery5+ years of hands-on Azure/Google cloud architecture experience3+ years of experience designing and implementing AI/Generative AI solutionsProven success leading large-scale application modernization and cloud tran
