IT Consultant II

Join our dynamic technology team as an IT Consultant II, driving pivotal Disaster Recovery (DR) initiatives across diverse enterprise environments. As the primary execution lead, you’ll collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure critical applications are resilient and recovery-ready. This is a fully remote position with the requirement to reside near Providence, RI, Allentown, PA, or BOC in KY., Lead DR assessments and facilitate recovery strategy workshops with application owners.

• Develop, review, and update Recovery Plans, Runbooks, Test Plans, and After Action Reports.
• Coordinate and manage annual DR testing activities, including failover exercises and readiness assessments.
• Analyze application dependencies, Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs), Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs), and recovery requirements.
• Drive gap remediation efforts and track closure to ensure DR compliance.
• Support ServiceNow BCM implementation and streamline operational processes.
• Deliver status reports, metrics, and executive-ready updates for leadership visibility.

6-8 years of experience in Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure, or Business Continuity roles.

• Strong command of DR testing, recovery planning, and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity teams.
• Expertise in communicating technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
