SAP Developer

Join Lockheed Martin’s dynamic 1LMX ERP Production Operations IT Team as an SAP Developer and play a pivotal role in transforming business operations through the latest SAP S/4HANA ERP solutions. You will work within highly collaborative scrum teams and support initiatives across Plan-to-Stock, Product Lifecycle Management System Integration, Production Engineering Optimization, Warehouse Management, and more. [Responsibilities]

• Own the design, development, and optimization of SAP data integrations and interfaces.
• Drive proof-of-concept initiatives to ensure code changes are both feasible and sustainable, minimizing technical debt in all deliverables.
• Scope and size software development activities to support RICEWF requirements.
• Review and refine functional and technical specifications for quality and scalability.
• Partner with middleware experts to architect seamless system interfaces.
• Collaborate with Plan-to-Stock IT developers and cross-functional technology teams to overcome complex design challenges and technical obstacles.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable SAP applications, enhancements, forms, and interfaces.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
• Champion best practices in SAP development and stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends.

15+ years of SAP design and development experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.

• Proven expertise in Production Engineering Optimization/Operations.
• Deep knowledge of Material Master (MM) and API integrations with external systems.
• Demonstrated success in large-scale SAP implementations.
• Advanced ABAP development proficiency.
• Track record of leading collaborative projects and strong communication skills.

[Preferred Skills]

• Hands-on experience with Restful ABAP (RAP), ABAP Development Tools (ADT), ALV, Adobe Forms, ALE/IDOC, RFC/BAPI, BADI/enhancements, Workflow, LSMW/LTMC, CDS Views, AMDP, AIF, DRF.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori Launchpad, Fiori Elements, SAPUI5, Javascript, GIT, WebIDE/BAS.
• Experience with SOAP integrations via SOA Manager, ODATA, IDOCs, Proxys.
• Focused-build experience and RF screen development.
