SAP Developer

Join Lockheed Martin’s high-impact 1LMX ERP Production Operations IT Team as a SAP Developer. Be at the forefront of business transformation, leveraging cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA technologies to streamline processes and deliver meaningful results. Work with cross-functional scrum teams in a dynamic, collaborative environment, supporting mission-critical Plan-to-Stock value streams and driving innovation across the enterprise., Architect, develop, and deploy scalable SAP solutions for modules including GTS, MM, TM, WM, IM, MRP, and more.

• Own design and implementation of data integrations, ensuring robust, sustainable, and efficient data flows between enterprise systems.
• Lead proof of concept initiatives, validate technical feasibility, and minimize technical debt in all code designs.
• Review functional and technical specifications for code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with middleware and IT partner teams to integrate systems using optimal technical approaches.
• Mentor junior developers, offer technical guidance, and contribute to complex solution design discussions.
• Execute all phases of the project lifecycle: planning, functional specs, development, testing, training, cutover, and go-live.
• Stay current with industry trends and SAP advancements, continually enhancing technical and leadership skills.

Extensive SAP design and development expertise in ECC or S/4HANA environments.

• Advanced proficiency in SAP GTS, including integration with OTC, MM, eWM, and TM modules.
• Deep understanding of global trade compliance, customs management, and risk management in SAP.
• ABAP development mastery, including user exits, enhancements, RAP, BADI, and workflow.
• Proven experience with middleware, system interfaces, and SAP HANA for reporting and analytics.
• Strong communication and collaboration capabilities; demonstrated leadership in large-scale SAP implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on with SAP Fiori Launchpad, SAPUI5, Javascript, WebIDE/BAS, GIT.
• Experience with integrations using SOAP, ODATA, IDOCs, and proxies.
• Familiarity with Focused Build, RF screen development, and advanced SAP tools (CDS Views, AMDP, AIF).
• Experience transferring master and transactional data between TM/ECC/S4 and GTS.
