Technical/Professional - SAP Developer

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable SAP applications and enhancements to support business needs.
• Review and refine functional and technical specifications for quality and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams to resolve complex design and integration challenges.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate and ensure the sustainability of new solutions.
• Execute software development life cycle activities, including scoping, sizing, and technical planning.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure interface optimization between multiple enterprise systems using best-in-class middleware.
• Participate in all phases of the project: planning, development, testing, training, and go-live.

Deep expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including embedded analytics and reporting (CDS views, annotations, KPI/query exposure).

• Technical mastery in MS/DM, BRF+, Fiori Elements, metadata extensions, and background processing.
• Advanced ABAP development and SAP design experience.
• Proficiency in master data governance, replication, and complex data objects.
• Strong communication skills and proven leadership in collaborative settings.
• Experience with large-scale SAP implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Authorization concepts including CDS DCL, SU24/PFCG integration, and ABAP/RAP checks.
• Debugging and performance tools: SAT, ST05, SQL Monitor, ATC.
• Change management expertise: ChaRM/SolMan, release sequencing.
• Advanced testing: ABAP Unit, OData, regression support.
• SAP BTP integration, SAP Integration Suite, cloud connector, side-by-side extensions.
• Hands-on with SAP tools like RAP, ADT, ALV, Adobe Forms, ALE/IDOC, RFC/BAPI, LSMW/LTMC, CDS Views, AMDP, AIF, DRF.
• Fiori Launchpad, SAPUI5, Javascript, GIT, WebIDE/BAS.
• Experience with SOAP, ODATA, IDOCs, Proxys, and RF screen development.
