Job description
- Provide friendly first-line and second-line support to colleagues across the business, in person and remotely.
- Assist the IT Director and team with technology projects, system rollouts, testing, reporting and process improvements.
- Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve reliability, security and the user experience.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues and external support partners.
- Own and manage specific IT-related projects.

- Office 365, We are First Line Ltd, and we are looking for a proactive, approachable IT Support Analyst to join our team in Banbury, supporting our IT Director. The role offers broad exposure to the systems and projects that help keep a busy organisation moving. Training and guidance will be provided, and the position may suit a recent graduate taking a first step into the profession or someone with practical support experience. We offer a salary of £25,420-£30,000 per year, casual dress and free and on-site parking. Work is in person.
Requirements
- A genuine interest in IT, technology and solving practical problems.
- A methodical mindset, attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot logically.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, computer hardware and project management, gained through study, work or personal experience.
- The ability to organise priorities, manage several requests and take ownership through to resolution.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information simply.
- A responsible approach to cybersecurity, data protection and confidential information.
- A degree, apprenticeship or qualification in IT, computing or a related subject is welcome; equivalent skills, practical experience and strong potential will also be considered.
- Previous IT support experience is welcome; one year of IT experience is preferred.
- United Kingdom work authorisation is required.
- The role is based in Banbury, OX16 4XD.
