Information Technology - Operations - Process Analyst

• Develop customized reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI for business users
• Streamline report generation and data processing with Excel Automation tools like Power Query and VBA
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver clear, insightful solutions
• Troubleshoot data retrieval and reporting issues within PeopleSoft to ensure data integrity
• Integrate PeopleSoft data with Power BI and Excel for comprehensive analytics and visualization
• Identify process improvement opportunities through advanced analytics and automation
• Continuously monitor best practices and trends to enhance reporting and operational efficiency
• Demonstrate professionalism and uphold a culture of integrity and respect

In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2 navigation and reporting

• Hands-on Power BI dashboard and report development
• Strong experience with Excel Automation, including Power Query and VBA
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Proficiency with process improvement tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating large data sets across multiple platforms
• Exposure to process automation tools beyond Excel
• Continuous improvement or Lean Six Sigma training, * PeopleSoft 92 experience * Power BI experience * Experience with Excel Automation
