• Implement client-side and server-side configurations, including business rules, scripts, UI policies, and REST APIs
• Collaborate with ITSM and ITOM product suites to architect and optimize workflows using Flow Designer
• Deliver technical solutions that minimize technical debt and align with architectural standards
• Participate in Agile sprints, deliver update sets, and support release management activities
• Build and maintain ServiceNow AppEngine applications, Workspaces, and Dashboards
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services
• Conduct system upgrades, patching, regression testing, and remediation as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

Hands-on experience developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications

• Advanced proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, AngularJS
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow core architecture, ITSM, and ITOM
• Proven track record with workflow configuration, Flow Designer, and automation tools
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective collaborative mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled in technical documentation
