Job description

Join our dynamic technology team as a ServiceNow Developer, where you will design, develop, and optimize complex ServiceNow workflows to streamline business operations and elevate user experiences. This is a high-impact role within a multi-instance, fast-paced development ecosystem, ideal for professionals passionate about workflow automation and digital transformation., Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor to automate business processes

  • Optimize and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations across multiple instances
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions
  • Implement and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML
  • Develop and maintain client scripts, business rules, and UI policies to enhance platform functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high levels of system reliability and user satisfaction
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Document technical solutions and process enhancements for knowledge sharing and compliance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Expert proficiency with Flow Designer, ServiceNow Workflow Editor, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
  • Strong command of ServiceNow data models, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
  • Demonstrated experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to excel both independently and in team-oriented, remote work environments

Preferred Skills

  • Deep motivation to drive process improvements and organizational efficiency
  • Experience presenting technical solutions to leadership
  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Incident Management, Request Management, and Knowledge Management
  • Familiarity with Automated Test Framework and vendor documentation
  • Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS) and advanced ServiceNow product functionality
  • Experience designing applications from concept through MVP
