Microsoft Excel Business Systems Monitoring of Systems Microsoft Office Information Technology

Provide day-to-day support for business-critical systems and users.
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through to completion.
Maintain and improve existing systems and applications.
Assist with testing and implementing system changes and enhancements.
Monitor system performance and carry out routine maintenance activities.

Previous experience in an IT, systems support or technical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues effectively.
Good understanding of testing, troubleshooting and supporting business systems.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.
Relevant third-level qualification in IT or a related discipline.
