We are seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Co-Ordinator to join a thriving facilities management team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a reputable company known for delivering comprehensive property services and exceptional customer support., * Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional assistance with maintenance requests and billing queries
- Log and track maintenance jobs accurately within the CRM system, prioritising tasks efficiently
- Coordinate with field engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely service delivery
- Raise accurate invoices for completed work and assist with debt management
- Maintain detailed records of service requests, job statuses, and financial transactions
- Suggest and support process improvements to optimise service delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or administrative support
- Proficient in billing, invoicing, and accounts administration
- Skilled in helpdesk software, ticketing systems, and CRM tools (preferably Joblogic)
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
