ERP Consultant

As an ERP Consultant, you’ll work closely with customers to understand their requirements and implement solutions that improve the way their businesses operate.

• Manage ERP implementation projects from requirements gathering through to go-live
• Analyse, design and re-engineer business processes
• Gather and document customer requirements
• Design system functionality to meet individual business needs
• Configure and implement new ERP modules
• Support system testing and resolve issues
• Deliver customer training and provide go-live support

We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of business processes who enjoys solving problems and working closely with customers.

• Previous experience in ERP implementation, consultancy or a similar role
• Experience of business process analysis, design or re-engineering
• Strong requirements gathering and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator who can work effectively with customers
• Comfortable supporting testing, training and go-live activities
• Organised, analytical and able to manage multiple projects
• A genuine interest in technology and improving business processes
