Computer Hardware Test Technician

The Systems Test Technician is responsible for supporting system testing, diagnostics, failure analysis, and repair activities to ensure the highest levels of product quality and on-time customer delivery. Technicians work in a state-of-the-art manufacturing and validation environment that closely replicates real-world data center operations. In this role, you will gain exposure to enterprise server technologies, hardware diagnostics, networking, automation tools, and innovative cooling solutions, including liquid-cooled server systems. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure every system meets rigorous performance and reliability standards before shipment. Temp to Hire, 40 hrs a week (overtime available and optional) Pay-rate 1. 2nd shift || (3PM to 11:45PM) : $19.55 an hour 2. 3rd shift || (11PM to 7:45AM) : $21.25 an hour 3. Weekend Shift || (7AM to 7PM) : $17.00 an hour Training will be Hands on. • Troubleshooting of system errors for corrective actions
• Execution of system hardware repairs per proper procedures
• Manage/escalate issues impacting systems in test and communicate to:
• Work with extended team to identify and execute process improvements / 5S actions:
