Computer Hardware Technician

• Disassemble computers and electronic devices for sorting and recycling.
• Test and inspect computer components to determine functionality and condition.
• Identify and evaluate components such as CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, RAM, and other hardware.
• Sort materials for recycling and refurbishment.
• Maintain accurate records of tested equipment and inventory.
• Recommend products suitable for refurbishment or recycling.
• Follow all safety and environmental guidelines.
• Work closely with the production and recycling team.

Staff-Force is hiring a Computer Hardware Technician for a client in the San Antonio area. We are seeking candidates with strong knowledge of computer components who can disassemble, test, inspect, and sort electronic devices for recycling and resale., * High school diploma or GED required.

• CompTIA A+, IT certifications, or related technical training is a plus.
• Experience working with computer hardware and electronic components.
• Ability to identify the value and functionality of computer parts.
• Familiarity with testing tools and diagnostic software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment safely.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
