Full Stack Engineer - UX

Join a fast-paced team building the user-facing experience for cutting-edge AI products. As a Full Stack Engineer - UX, you’ll be instrumental in creating seamless, high-performance web interfaces and integrating them with robust backend services. Work under the mentorship of an experienced Engineering Manager and collaborate with talented UX designers and backend specialists to deliver features that delight users and drive innovation., Build and maintain dynamic, responsive web interfaces using React or Angular

• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices in Java (Spring Boot) or Python to power UI features
• Collaborate with UX Designers to translate wireframes into interactive, accessible user experiences
• Integrate AI and Search capabilities seamlessly into the frontend
• Participate in code reviews, maintain shared component libraries, and write clean, testable code
• Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks, focusing on Core Web Vitals and state management
• Engage in Agile processes: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Take ownership of features from development through deployment

4-6 years’ professional experience in software development with a focus on web technologies

• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frameworks (React preferred)
• Strong command of HTML5 and CSS3, including preprocessors like SASS or CSS-in-JS
• Experience building backend services with Java (Spring Boot)
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases; able to write efficient queries
• Proficient in Git, CI/CD workflows, and familiar with AWS or similar cloud environments
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficient, scalable code

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Search and AI features into web applications
• Exposure to microservices architecture
• Familiarity with Python for backend development
• Experience maintaining UI component libraries, react HTML5 JavaScript/Typescript CSS3
