Software Engineer - Full Stack

This is your chance to work on end-to-end solutions, from building responsive interfaces to integrating complex backend data pipelines, in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment., Build and maintain performant, visually engaging web interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Tailwind, Flowbite) and advanced HTML5/CSS3.

• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and Java (Spring Boot) microservices to support seamless frontend-backend integration.
• Collaborate with UX Designers to translate wireframes into interactive, accessible components.
• Integrate data and AI capabilities in partnership with backend engineers.
• Participate in peer code reviews; write clean, testable, and scalable code.
• Optimize web performance, troubleshoot frontend bottlenecks, and contribute to component library enhancements.
• Engage actively in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and take ownership from development through deployment.

4-6 years of hands-on experience in software development with a focus on web technologies.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).
• Deep expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors such as SASS or CSS-in-JS.
• Experience building and maintaining backend services using Java (Spring Boot).
• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases; able to write efficient queries.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and browser code optimization.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD workflows, and exposure to AWS or similar cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern UI component libraries and building email templates.
• Familiarity with advanced DevOps practices and scalable cloud deployments.
