Software Engineer - Full Stack

• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices in Java (Spring Boot), ensuring seamless frontend-backend integration and efficient data flow.
• Transform high-fidelity wireframes into interactive, production-ready components in partnership with UX Designers and backend teams.
• Uphold code quality by conducting peer reviews, writing clean, testable code, and maintaining a robust shared component library.
• Identify and resolve frontend bottlenecks, with special attention to component-based frameworks for email template development.
• Take ownership of features from conception to deployment, actively participating in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

4-6 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on web technologies.

• Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern front-end framework (React preferred).
• Advanced skills in HTML5 and CSS3, including preprocessors like SASS or CSS-in-JS.
• Experience building or maintaining backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid database knowledge, including proficiency in SQL and NoSQL and writing efficient queries for UI consumption.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments such as AWS.
• Strong grasp of data structures and algorithms, focused on writing efficient browser code.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with component-based frameworks for building dynamic email templates.
• Exposure to Flowbite, Tailwind, and integrating UI with AI-driven data pipelines.
