The Senior UX Designer will also serve as a storyteller, effectively communicating design ideas and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to align business goals with user needs., * Create and deliver high-quality UX designs utilizing Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability across projects.

• Contribute to the development, documentation, and ongoing refinement of scalable design systems.
• Integrate SEO and AIEO principles into user experience strategies to improve content visibility and engagement.
• Leverage data analysis, usability testing, and user feedback to validate and enhance design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders-including product teams, developers, content creators, and AI specialists-to align design goals with business objectives.

• Experience in developing and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Solid understanding of SEO and AIEO principles to enhance user experience and content visibility.
• Experience with data analysis, UX testing, and implementing user feedback to refine designs.
