IT Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager for a hybrid role in the Charlotte, NC area. This contract position requires an individual with strong development and analytical skills to manage complex projects using a diverse set of technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable solutions and ensuring optimal performance., * Start ASAP with a specific start date requirement.

• Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week.
• Manage development activities independently and deliver high-performing solutions.
• Analyze complex requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of projects.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Utilize continuous integration and deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT programs ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Analyze and propose solutions for new business and technical requirements.
• Oversee the development and implementation of scalable solutions.
• Ensure optimal performance through data analysis and tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

• 7 years of experience in software development and program management.
• Strong experience with web technologies and database management.
• Proven ability to analyze and implement complex requirements independently.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
