Job description

Extrastaff Ltd are recruiting for the position of Warehouse Data Analyst / Data Administrator to join a dynamic, award-winning and one of the fastest growing logistics warehouses in Doncaster.

As a Warehouse Data Analyst / Data Administrator you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the performance monitoring dashboards, process automation, document standardisation to name a few within a warehouse environment.

Duties as a Data Analyst / Operational Excellence Administrator:

  • Designing and standardising performance monitoring dashboards (productivity, volumes, workload) in line with the Group’s requirements and KPIs.
  • Automating reporting tools (via Excel and macros) to improve data reliability while reducing manual tasks with little added value.
  • To develop standardised operational documents (job descriptions, training materials, audit grids, procedures) in order to harmonise practices across the site.
  • Working with the various functions (operations, quality, safety, HR) to ensure the adoption of standardised tools and support the deployment of best practices.
  • Structuring and distributing templates in line with corporate standards to ensure consistency, readability and replicability.
  • Actively participating in the implementation of Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Gemba), with a particular focus on documenting and formalising processes.
  • Produce internal communication materials (newsletters, presentations, safety brochures) that are clear and aligned with the company’s visual identity.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft PowerPoint?, * IT skills / Excel / PowerPoint / Word - Office Suite.

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel.
  • Analytical approach.
  • Ability to manage change with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Developing and delivery of recommendations.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to train and support users in a system environment.

Benefits & conditions

Hours: Rotating 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm ? a degree of flexibility may be required.

Pay: £27,904 per annum / £14.31 per hour
