Dynamics 365 Technical Lead / Developer

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Lead / Developer to lead the customization, implementation, and integration of enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. In this role, you will architect, build, and support business process automation, custom plug-ins, workflows, and integrations across Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dataverse environments., * Serve as the Technical Lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 initiatives, providing technical direction, design oversight, and hands-on solution architecture.

• Architect, configure, and maintain solutions utilizing Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Design, build, and implement custom Forms, Views, Plug-ins, Workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPFs) within Dynamics 365.
• Develop robust custom code and extensions using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain Power Platform components, integrating standard and premium connectors with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Manage data modeling, security roles, and business logic within Microsoft Dataverse.
• Support CI/CD deployment pipelines and DevOps processes across Power Platform and D365 multi-environment setups.
• Assist with enterprise data integration and migration tasks leveraging Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SSIS packages.

• Demonstrated technical leadership experience guiding teams through Dynamics 365 architecture, development, and delivery.
• Extensive experience building, configuring, and managing enterprise solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Proven track record implementing custom plug-ins, workflows, custom forms, views, and Business Process Flows (BPFs) in D365.
• Strong hands-on software development background in C#, .NET, and client-side JavaScript.
• In-depth experience with the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Dataverse solution management.
• Experience creating complex automated workflows and custom applications using Power Automate and Power Apps with standard and premium connectors.
• Must physically reside within the United States for the duration of the engagement to comply with client security policies.
• Hands-on experience establishing or managing DevOps pipelines and release management within Power Platform/D365 environments.
• Practical background managing large-scale data integration and migration projects utilizing Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)., * Experience as a D365 Technical Lead (Required 5 Years)
• Experience with creating and managing of solution using Dynamics 365 Customer Service. (Required 8 Years)
• Experience with customization and implementation of Forms, Views, Plug-Ins, Workflows and BPFs in D365 (Required 8 Years)
• Custom development experience using .NET, JavaScript and C# (Required 5 Years)
• Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse (Desired 3 Years)
• Experience with using standard & premium connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate (Required 3 Years)
• Experience with DevOps in Power Platform/D365 Environments (Desired 2 Years)
• Experience with Data Integrations and Migrations using ADF & SSIS Packages (Desired 5 Years)
