Data and Analytics Project Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Data & Analytics Project Manager to join Robert Walters as a Consultant. We are ideally seeking candidates from a financial services background but will consider other regulated industries.

As a consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an assignment with one of our clients, a major US Investment Bank. In return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional support.

What you’ll do

• End-to-end delivery of a range of projects. Managing, tracking and reporting the project delivery from initiation through scope, requirements, build, testing, operational readiness and implementation.
• Define problem statements, gather and define requirements, data analysis, document recommendations and prioritize delivery in partnership with Network Management and Technology teams.
• Partner in cross-functional teams including the Business, Technology, Operations and Data & Analytics teams.
• Management, escalation and mitigation of risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide leadership to other business analysts through the project lifecycle, providing experience, peer review, support and guidance.

Do you have experience in Project management?, * Strong project management & business analysis skills with track record of consistent execution.

• Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver work of a high standard, to tight timelines.
• Proactive business process reengineering experience, a tenacity to drive to root cause of issues and the ability to lead efforts to define and implement creative solutions.
• Experience of working as part of an agile development team.
• Ability to define processes and use of data across operational flows.
• Attention to detail with the ability to succinctly communicate requirements.
• Evidence of strong investigative skills, problem solving & process re-engineering skills; able to see issues at both a high-level and in depth.
