Senior Manager, ERP Technology Finance

As Senior Manager, ERP Technology Finance, you will bridge Finance and IT, leading Oracle Fusion initiatives that strengthen financial processes and support ongoing business transformation. This on-site opportunity in Palm Beach Gardens offers the chance to lead a skilled team and make a lasting impact across the organization., * Lead implementations and optimization of Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

• Manage ERP configurations, upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution in partnership with vendors and Oracle support.
• Partner with Finance leaders to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions and process improvements.
• Ensure ERP processes support financial regulations, internal controls, and operational requirements.
• Lead ERP rollouts, enhancements, and upgrades, managing schedules, budgets, stakeholders, and communications.
• Oversee change management and training to support finance users through system changes.
• Maintain clear documentation of system processes, configurations, and related procedures.
• Lead, coach, and develop ERP analysts and developers while managing performance, resources, and team capacity.

Skills: Oracle Fusion Expertise, Lead Oracle Fusion Finance module implementations, Manage system configurations, intergrations, upgrades, * 8+ years of experience in ERP or IT Finance roles, including 3+ years working with Oracle Fusion.

• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules and large-scale ERP implementations or transformations.
• 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture and integrations, including connections with payroll and procurement systems.
• Experience with financial controls, compliance requirements, system configuration, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Oracle certifications, such as Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and financial reporting tools.
• Familiarity with cloud ERP environments and SaaS models.
• Bilingual Spanish and English language skills.
• Experience leading organizational change and developing cross-functional teams.
