Job description

Own how our AI behaves in production, inside a Python and Django backend. Build LLM powered features and agents that are reliable enough to run in a live logistics operation., * Build LLM powered features: tool and function calling, structured outputs, multi turn context handling

  • Build agents that call internal tools and APIs to act across the shipment cycle
  • Implement reliability and guardrails: validation, retries, failure handling, hallucination mitigation
  • Build evaluation and regression frameworks with task based success metrics
  • Enforce per tenant data isolation and GDPR by design

Requirements

Do you have experience in Redis?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Experience taking LLM systems to production, not just notebooks

  • Strong Python, comfortable in Django and PostgreSQL
  • Reliability, safety and data isolation as first class concerns
  • Energized by moving fast with AI agents while keeping a high bar on what ships
  • Pragmatic, domain first mindset
