Job description
Plan and execute the migration from on-premise Jira to Jira Cloud. Analyze current workflows, custom fields, and plugins for cloud compatibility. Meet with business teams to gather and document system requirements. Clean up old data, projects, and unused user accounts before migrating.
Requirements
5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Jira Administrator. Proven track record of at least one full Jira Server-to-Cloud migration. Deep knowledge of Jira Cloud settings, schemes, and user management. Experience with Atlassian Migration Assistant tools (Jira Cloud Migration Assistant - JCMA). Strong skill in mapping data and fixing migration errors. Good communication skills to work with different teams. Nice-to-Have Skills: Atlassian Certified Administrator for Jira.
