Job description

Administer Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
Configure and maintain workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes, custom fields, automation rules, and dashboards.
Manage user provisioning, groups, roles, and access controls.
Implement governance and best practices for Atlassian Cloud.
Perform discovery and assessment of existing Jira environments.
Develop migration strategies, cutover plans, rollback plans, and migration runbooks.
Execute migrations using Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) and Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA).
Validate migration completeness, data integrity, and system performance post-migration.

Requirements

Jira Administration experience.
Experience with Cloud application Migrations.
Proficiency in administering Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
Experience with Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) and Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA).
Ability to lead Jira Server/Data Center to Jira Cloud migration initiatives., * Jira.
