Full Stack Developer

Join a high-impact team as a Full Stack Developer, supporting a robust internal platform that powers data management, device operations, reporting, and workflow automation. This hybrid role in Centennial, Colorado, is ideal for a React-focused engineer with strong Python expertise, passionate about building seamless user experiences and leveraging AI-assisted development tools. Take end-to-end ownership of features from UI to cloud deployment, and help shape the technical future of our operational platform., Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible front-end applications using React and TypeScript.

• Own user-facing features end-to-end, including UI, application state, REST API endpoints, and data access layers.
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for scaffolding, implementation, refactoring, test generation, and documentation.
• Take proofs of concept from prototype to production-ready features, ensuring quality and supportability.
• Build and consume REST APIs, define clear front-end/back-end contracts, and maintain strong Python codebases (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Establish and evolve the front-end design system and shared component library.
• Instrument applications for performance, error tracking, and usage analytics.
• Write automated tests (unit, component, integration, end-to-end), and ensure code reliability.
• Package and deploy applications via Docker and Kubernetes using CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor teammates on front-end best practices and responsible AI tool usage.

5+ years production experience in full stack web application development.

• 5+ years hands-on React, TypeScript/JavaScript front-end development.
• Strong Python development skills (FastAPI, Django, Flask) for API creation.
• Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD workflows.
• 2+ years containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in AI development tools, with the ability to code independently when needed.
• Cloud services experience; AWS preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Ability to perform live coding in TypeScript and Python for technical interviews (no AI allowed during interview).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Django framework.
• Experience establishing/scaling design systems or component libraries.
• Familiarity with design tooling (e.g., Figma) and AI-assisted design-to-code workflows.
• Platform engineering or internal tools development.
• Data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Grafana), workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow).
• Technical mentorship and leading design reviews.
