Experteer Overview In this role you will shape and execute enterprise-level strategy and growth initiatives for IQVIA’s patient-focused solutions.You will advise senior leaders on market dynamics, lead Mu**amp;A and corporate development efforts, and build rigorous business cases and financial models.You’ll mobilise cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives, establish governance and value-tracking, and influence key stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.This is a high-impact, executive-facing opportunity to shape transformation in healthcare through data, technology and strategic leadership.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Shape and execute enterprise, portfolio and growth strategy with clear roadmaps and value creation * Advise executive leadership on market dynamics, competitive positioning and strategic trade-offs * Lead corporate development and MuA initiatives, including due diligence, valuation, and post-deal integration * Develop rigorous market analyses, business cases and financial models to inform decisions * Mobilise cross-functional teams to design and deliver complex strategic initiatives * Establish governance, performance measures and risk disciplines to ensure accountability and realized value * Influence senior stakeholders and external partners to align on critical decisions and investment cases * Build and lead high-performing teams to strengthen strategic capability and execution across the organisation Responsabilidades * Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline; MBA preferred * 12+ years in corporate strategy, corporate development, MuA or transformation with senior leadership accountability * Proven leadership of enterprise strategy and Mu**A across assessment, diligence, valuation, transaction and integration * Prior strategy consulting or internal corporate strategy experience preferred * Strong commercial and financial acumen including market assessment, business case development, valuation and financial modelling * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver strategic, financial and operational outcomes * Applied AI expertise (Microsoft Copilot and Claude) to strengthen analysis and decision-making * Experience in data architecture, technology strategy and product engineering translating business requirements into scalable solutions * Executive-level communication, influence and judgement with advanced Excel and PowerPoint * Role not open to visa sponsorship Requisitos principales * hybrid work model
