IT Support Specialist_

We have a great IT Support Specialist opportunity with an established agriculture company in Shafter, CA., * Provide day-to-day technical support for employees, systems, hardware, and applications

• Support and maintain Windows and Microsoft environments
• Assist with network, systems, telecommunications, and application-related issues
• Help support technology across offices and operational locations
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user access issues
• Assist with IT projects, upgrades, deployments, and new technology initiatives
• Monitor systems to help ensure availability, reliability, security, and overall performance
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, workflows, and user experience
• Work closely with IT leadership and internal teams to resolve technical issues

* 2+ years of IT support experience preferred

• Experience supporting Windows environments
• Experience with Microsoft technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
