Platform Engineer (Infrastructure DevOps)

Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and lead design and architecture reviews.

4 days onsite in Denver, CO, Findlay, OH, or San Antonio, TX Salary Range: Grade 11: $106,900 - $133,700 - 12% - ACB Grade 12: $122,900 - $153,600 - 15% ACB 401k: $1.17 for every $1, up to 6%, 100% vested on start date Pension: 7%, 9%, or 11% contribution, vested after completing 3 yrs of service Skills and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. * 5+ years of platform, infrastructure, systems, or DevOps engineering experience. * Strong experience with: * Data centers, servers, storage, virtualization, and enterprise networking * On-premises and highly segmented environments * Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, OpenTofu, CloudFormation, or similar) * CI/CD pipelines and automation * Platform engineering and self-service infrastructure solutions * Monitoring, reliability, and production operations Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement * Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, NetBox, Itential, or NetBrain * Kubernetes platforms and API-driven provisioning * Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, including SLIs/SLOs * Software-defined networking (SDN), Network as Code, and Zero Trust architectures Operational Technology (OT) environments and PERA model knowledge We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
