As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for: • Monitoring manufacturing processes, product quality, and control points to ensure adherence to the SQF program and quality standards. • Coaching production employees on complying with food safety and quality guidelines. • Assisting in label review and reconciliation. • Performing daily equipment checks. • Supporting Preventive Controls, SSOP, and GMP programs alongside the QA Supervisor. • Assisting in record review activities. • Conducting environmental and sanitation verification through ATP swabbing. • Training and monitoring production team members on Quality Control and Food Safety Programs. • Participating in investigations related to quality issues and customer complaints. • Providing coverage in the absence of the QA Supervisor.
