Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to excellence by conducting rigorous inspections, analyzing data, and maintaining robust quality systems. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about continuous improvement, this opportunity is perfect for you., * Perform detailed quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications.

  • Work with our Aerospace/ISO Rep to ensure adherence to AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards
  • Utilize calibration tools and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to assess dimensional accuracy and product consistency.
  • Collect and analyze data related to quality control metrics, identifying trends and areas for process improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems to enhance overall product quality.
  • Support manufacturing teams by providing guidance on quality assurance procedures and best practices for quality inspection and control.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Quality audits?, * Proficiency with Microsoft, Excel and word a plus.

  • Knowledge of ISO and Aerospace regulations is a plus.
  • Experience operating precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
  • Knowledge of quality audit processes and methodologies to evaluate compliance with established standards.
  • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for decision-making purposes.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance principles within manufacturing environments focused on quality control and inspection.
