Sales Cloud Consultant & Service Cloud Consultant

• Looking for someone who can find the root causes, it is currently taking days to figure out what their problem is.
• Hands on experience, and then moved into a leadership type or role for 1-2 years., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience) with 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, declarative development tools, and Salesforce platform architecture.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, sharing rules, REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, Service Cloud, and enterprise application integration using modern development practices.
• Experience developing scalable Salesforce solutions within Agile environments, with proficiency using Jira, source control, testing methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, ReactJS, Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), cloud technologies including AWS and S3, and experience troubleshooting complex cross-platform application issues.
• Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, influence technical decisions, and partner effectively with business and technology stakeholders.

Salesforce Certifications

Candidates must possess three or more of the following Salesforce certifications:
