Job description

  • Betreuung und Sicherstellung des Betriebes unserer gruppenweiten Endpoints / Arbeitsplatzsysteme (Desktops / Notebooks, weitere mobile Geräte)
  • Bearbeitung von IT-Support-Aufgaben (IT Service Desk, 1st- / 2nd-Level Support) für alle Ländergesellschaften
  • Erstellung und Unterhaltung von IT-System-Inventar und -Dokumentation
  • Koordination von Tätigkeiten zwischen Anwendenden, internen Stellen und externen Partnern

Requirements

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbar
  • Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Systeme (Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Teams)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, hohe Service- bzw. Lösungsorientierung sowie eine strukturierte, analytische und sehr selbstständige Arbeitsweise
