Job description

  • Du bist zuständig für die Annahme und Bearbeitung von eingehenden Störungsmeldungen im Hardware- und Softwarebereich mittels Ticketsystem
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Priorisierung, Klassifizierung und Dokumentation der Störungen
  • Du bietest Erstlösungsansätze per remote Support und leitest nicht-lösbare Probleme an die nachgelagerte Supporteinheit weiter
  • Du bist zuständig für die Pflege und Dokumentation der Wissensdatenbank

Requirements

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder Berufserfahrung im Onsite-Support
  • IT-Affinität und die Fähigkeit im Team zu arbeiten
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen Betriebssystemen wie Windows10 oder Microsoft Office 365
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
