Tier 2 PC Technician

Insight Global is seeking a Tier 2 PC Technician to provide hands-on desktop support in a fast-paced hospital environment. This individual will work through a ticket queue, perform break/fix troubleshooting, support end users onsite, and help maintain daily IT operations across multiple campuses. The technician will rotate to the Camden campus approximately once every 1-2 months., Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve tickets submitted through the ticketing system
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
• Perform desktop break/fix support and device replacements
• Provide onsite technical support to hospital staff and end users
• Prioritize incoming requests to minimize downtime
• Deliver excellent customer service and communication
• Collaborate with IT team members on support initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and system updates
• Travel between campuses as needed, including periodic Camden rotations

• 2+ years of Tier 2 Desktop Support experience
• Active CompTIA A+ Certification
• Experience working from a ticketing system/queue
• Strong break/fix troubleshooting experience with PCs, laptops, peripherals, and devices
• Comfortable providing face-to-face end-user support
• Ability to work independently with minimal training or ramp-up

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA Security+ Certification
• Hospital or healthcare IT support experience
• Experience supporting users in a high-volume environment
