Account Solution Specialist

We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Account Solutions Specialist to join our growing team in Sunrise, FL! This is more than traditional customer service. You will support, onboard, and strengthen our nationwide network of skilled technicians and service providers, ensuring an exceptional experience for our partners and homeowners. • Build Partnerships: Maintain positive, professional relationships with service providers nationwide.
• Streamline Onboarding: Guide new vendors through the onboarding process, including verifying credentials, licenses, and insurance.
• Provide High-Volume Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting vendors with account needs, questions, and process issues.
• Solve Problems Proactively: Identify potential vendor issues and work quickly toward effective solutions.
• Stay Organized: Manage daily tasks, follow up on escalations and specialized projects, document accounts accurately, and partner with internal teams to keep our provider network running smoothly.

• Experience: 2+ years in customer service, account support, vendor management, or administrative roles. (Recent college grads with strong communication skills are also welcome!)
• Tech & Detail-Oriented: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) with strong attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Comfortable handling high-volume phone communication with diverse personalities while staying patient and solution-focused.
• Dependability: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and daily follow-ups independently.
