Job description

• Manage Instagram and Facebook, including posts, Reels, Stories, and promotions.
• Film and edit engaging content featuring our treatments, providers, and clinic.
• Create and manage Meta and Google Ads targeting local patients.
• Use a clinic-provided cell phone to communicate with prospective patients by phone and text, address inquiries, and help coordinate appointments.
• Respond to social media comments and messages and coordinate bookings with our clinic staff.
• Maintain a professional, consistent brand and use clinic-approved content with appropriate patient consent.
• Report campaign performance, leads, booked appointments, and advertising costs.

Requirements

• Experience in social media management, content creation, and paid advertising.
• Medical aesthetics, med spa, or laser marketing experience preferred.
• Strong video editing, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, respond promptly to inquiries, and deliver consistent results.
