Social Media Specialist

We are looking for someone to run and grow our social media across platforms, with a big focus on TikTok. You will find trends, sounds, and templates that are working, turn them into content for our clinic, and help athletes and parents in the Houston area find us. Most of the work is done remotely, with regular in-person content days at the clinic.

What You’ll Do

• Edit and produce short-form video for TikTok and Instagram Reels, including behind-the-scenes treatment content
• Come up with video ideas and concepts, and spot trends we can use
• Schedule posts across our social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and others)
• Come into the clinic 1 to 2 times per week to capture content (patient treatment, rehab, and Dr. Glenn on camera)
• Write captions and hooks that fit our brand and sound natural
• Watch performance and use the data to make future content better
• Engage with followers and local partners

• Proven social media experience, with strong TikTok experience and real growth or engagement on accounts you have worked on
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• A good eye for trends, hooks, and what makes people stop scrolling
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
• Familiarity with social analytics and Google Analytics
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword use in captions
• Reliable, organized, and easy to communicate with
• Interest in sports, fitness, or health is a big plus

• Flat rate pay: $200 to $350 per week, based on experience
