Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday security administration or configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM security architecture and role-based access control.
• Experience configuring security groups, domain security policies, and business process security policies.
• Hands-on experience with role assignments, organizational security, and user access provisioning.
• Understanding of Workday business processes, approval workflows, and security inheritance.
• Experience with security troubleshooting, access reviews, and SoD remediation.
• Knowledge of Workday reporting security and integration security.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, and security documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
