System Administrator

What You’ll Do: Engine of the Ecosystem: Own, optimize, and secure our hybrid Microsoft environment (on-prem servers + Azure cloud).

Lead the Cloud Journey: Proactively drive our Azure migration with precision, ensuring seamless continuity and zero downtime for our team.

Maintain Bulletproof Security: Keep our legal systems reliable, secure, and fully compliant in a fast-paced environment.

Deliver White-Glove Support: Partner directly with internal teams to solve complex IT challenges with urgency, calm, and outstanding service.

Small-Company Agility: Experience building, configuring, and managing physical/virtual servers from the ground up in a close-knit setting.

Cool Under Pressure: You excel when the pressure is on and deadlines are tight.

Azure & Microsoft Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, and Azure cloud infrastructure.

Proactive Mindset: You don’t just fix problems-you spot opportunities to optimize systems before issues arise.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
